We're looking for new players in 2017 and our training sessions on 9th & 16th January will have a special focus on beginners. We will teach you all you need to know about this fantastic sport, just let us know you're coming and we will do the rest.
16th January - Oxford Isis Korfball Club turns 10 & we welcome new players
We're super happy to announce that 2017 is the 10th anniversary of the founding of Oxford Isis Korfball Club! We're planning some exciting celebrations, so keep an eye out over the coming months...
Tonight will be our second beginners' training session, and we're hoping that all the lovely people who turned up last week will come back! If you missed out, don't worry, anyone interested can turn up to any of our Monday sessions. Just drop us an email to let us know you're coming.
28th December - No rest for the korf elves..
It's all go for the festive elves at Oxford Isis Korfball Club, as we're gearing up to welcome lots of new beginners to our training sessions in January. We've been sprucing up the website with lots of new photos of our lovely faces and posting on Twitter and Facebook to show Oxford why we're the best korfball club in town. 16th December - All the matches for Isis 2 & 3
Nothing like 3 matches each for the past two weekends as a way to wind down before the Christmas break! Isis 2 and Isis 3 played some tough games against various City, Abingdon and Didcot sides - see how they got on here.
1st December - Two tough games to test our team!
Last weekend saw Isis 2 and 3 play games against pretty experienced City 4 and Didcot 2 sides. They were hard going but we got 12 goals out of them - see who scored them in the match report here.
24th November - The thirds keep on improving
Isis 3 had a tough match against some of the most experienced players in the OKA last Sunday with a game against Didcot 1, but they did us proud with 7 goals! Read all about it here.
18th November - Sunday scoring special!
Isis 1 had their best game for a long while last Sunday, with a fantastic match against Abingdon 2 where everyone on our team scored! With the final score being 24-8 there was lots of action, so check out the match report here!
Oxford Isis Korfball Club was set up in 2007 and has been showing the rest of the world how it's done since then!
Our three mixed teams play regular games and have plenty of social events, and we're always on the lookout for new recruits.
